Kaptiv8 Mentorship Program

Kaptiv8 is a mentorship and enrichment program designed to empower young men in grades 7–12 with the tools, confidence, and guidance they need to thrive. Led by Bridge Forward Technology in partnership with the Central Valley Alumni Chapter of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc., the program pairs students with dedicated mentors who provide life lessons, leadership development, and exposure to real-world opportunities.

Through hands-on learning in STEM, digital literacy, video production, public speaking, and career exploration, Kaptiv8 creates pathways to success both inside and outside the classroom. Students gain critical skills for the future, build lasting mentor relationships, and discover new possibilities for higher education, workforce readiness, and personal growth.

Kaptiv8 is currently engaging students across high school campuses in Clovis, Visalia, and Bakersfield, with a mission to inspire the next generation of leaders, innovators, and change-makers.
