SAN FRANCISCO, CALIFORNIA, August 13, 2025 — Bailey Ave Inc., a Fresno-based technology services company, proudly announces the recipients of its 2025 Web Grant Program for the San Francisco Bay Area. In collaboration with Tri Counties Bank and the California Black Chamber of Commerce, the Bailey Inc. Foundation expanded its award-winning Web Grant initiative to support five small businesses across the region with free website development and one year of hosting and maintenance.

The Web Grant Program equips small business owners with professional digital tools, including a new website, custom branding package, and logo design—at no cost to the recipients. This year’s grant targeted both emerging and established entrepreneurs whose work impacts communities throughout the Bay Area.
